When you use the quiz, we collect the answers you provide: your field, experience level, optional credentials (like language skills or advanced degrees), and the matches we show you.
If you sign up for job alerts, we also collect your email address and phone number (if you provide one).
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not collect browsing history, device identifiers, or location data beyond what your browser sends in a standard web request.
We use quiz answers to create your match results and save them so we can send you relevant job alerts if you sign up.
We use your email address and phone number only to send you job-match alerts you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing.
Quiz responses and contact information are stored in Google Sheets via a Google Apps Script endpoint. Google processes this data under their own privacy policy.
You can stop receiving job alerts by replying STOP to any text message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
To request deletion of your data, email us at fwb@mail.grokbot.com. We will delete your information from our records within 30 days.
When you click an Apply button, you leave Knackboard and go to a third-party platform (DataAnnotation, Handshake, or Mercor). Their privacy policies apply once you are on their site.
We may earn a referral commission if you join through our links, but we do not share your quiz answers or contact information with those platforms unless you provide it to them directly during their application process.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
